By accessing forecastos.net, joining the founding-cohort waitlist, booking a demo, or (once available) creating a ForecastOS account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company.
ForecastOS is a workspace for agencies to manage pipeline, inbox, campaigns, automations, reporting, and AI-assisted insights across multiple client accounts. As of this version of the site, ForecastOS is in pre-launch: the marketing site, pricing, and offer described here reflect our current plan, and are subject to change before general availability.
The Founding Agency cohort is capped at 50 agencies. Agencies who join within the cohort lock their tier's price for as long as they remain subscribed without a lapse, even if list pricing increases later. Pricing tiers, features, and the guarantee terms described on the pricing page are part of these Terms once you subscribe, and supersede anything discussed informally.
The 30-day refund guarantee and free migration commitment described on the pricing page apply as stated there. Refund requests should be sent to hello@forecastos.example within 30 days of the start of a paid subscription.
Once self-serve accounts are available, you'll be responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use ForecastOS to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to breach the security of the service, or to resell access without our agreement.
You and your agency retain ownership of all data you enter into ForecastOS — contacts, deals, campaigns, messages, and client-account information. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf; see the Privacy Policy for how it's handled. On request, we intend to support standard data export and account-deletion workflows.
Once billing is live, subscriptions will be billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annual) at the tier's listed rate, with upgrades taking effect on your next billing cycle as described on the pricing page. Specific billing mechanics (payment processor, invoicing, cancellation flow) will be finalized before self-serve signup opens and this section updated accordingly.
ForecastOS, its logo, and its product design are the property of ForecastOS. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the product as intended under your subscription.
The product is provided "as is" during this pre-launch period, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. As a product still under active development, features, pricing, and availability described on this site may change before general availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForecastOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or product. This section, and appropriate liability caps, should be finalized by counsel before real customer contracts are signed.
Either party may terminate a subscription as described in the applicable order form or, absent one, with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access for a material breach of these Terms, including non-payment.
[Placeholder — specify the governing jurisdiction here once the operating entity is established.]
We'll update the "last updated" date above when these Terms change, and notify active subscribers of material changes before they take effect.
Questions about these Terms: hello@forecastos.example.
