This Privacy Policy explains how ForecastOS ("ForecastOS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit forecastos.net, join the founding cohort waitlist, book a demo, or (once generally available) use the ForecastOS product itself.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
We use the information above to: respond to demo requests and waitlist signups; operate, maintain, and improve the product; communicate with you about your account, founding-cohort status, or product updates; and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.
The waitlist form on this site is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service — when you submit your email, it is sent to and briefly stored by Formspree before reaching us. Once the product is live, we expect to rely on additional third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) who will each process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We will list every subprocessor here before real customer data is involved.
Any contact, deal, campaign, or reporting data you or your team enter into ForecastOS on behalf of your agency's clients belongs to your agency, not to us. We act as a data processor for that information, not an owner of it. If your agency's own privacy obligations to its clients require specific handling, deletion, or export commitments from us, raise them before signing a contract — we intend to support standard data export and deletion requests, but exact mechanics aren't finalized while the product is still in development.
We retain waitlist and demo-request information for as long as it's useful for following up with you, or until you ask us to delete it. Once the product is live, retention of product data will be governed by your subscription agreement and, on request, deleted within a reasonable period after account closure.
We intend to apply industry-standard security practices — encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of third-party subprocessors. As a pre-launch product, ForecastOS has not yet undergone a formal security audit; this will be prioritized before real client data is stored in the product.
The current marketing site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics tooling is added later, this section will be updated to describe what's collected and how to opt out.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@forecastos.example. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA — we'll honor applicable requests even before those mechanisms are fully built out in-product.
ForecastOS is a B2B product intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and post material changes here before they take effect.
